We pride ourselves on being able to give the necessary support to our production team who complete. Therefore we employ fully qualified engineers who utilise the very latest technology to assist them in their work. As well as this all of our site managers and site foremen are hold 5 day Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS). Our health and safety department is led by a full time NEBOSH accredited Manager who will regularly carry out weekly inspections which are sent directly to the Client.
Our team continues to grow with our company. We currently employ over 100 personnel, the majority of whom have been with the company for a number of years. We are very fortunate to have a low staff turnover rate, which we are very proud of.
We actively encourage training whether it be practical on site training or developing key skills at collage or university. As a firm believer of developing your own workforce we are soon to launch our own apprenticeship scheme.
